Who we are

Coop Visuals is a Fort Myers, FL web design and local marketing company operated by Michael Cooper. We offer a done-for-you website, Google Business Profile management, local SEO, citations, a free AI Core Audit tool, and, on our Core+ plan, an AI-powered answering service. Our website is coopvisuals.com.

What information we collect

The only information this website collects directly is through the free AI Core Audit: the business name and email address you enter to generate and send you your report.

This site does not have a general contact form. If you reach out directly by phone, text, or email, any other details you share, your name, your business, what you need, are collected through that direct conversation with Michael, not through this website.

Signing up for a plan takes you to a secure checkout page hosted by Wave Apps. We do not collect or store your payment information ourselves; it is entered directly on Wave's checkout page and processed by Wave Apps.

If you're a Core+ client, calls to your published business number that are handled by our AI-powered answering service are recorded and transcribed by that system (see Third-party services below) so the caller's details can be captured and sent to you as a lead.

We also automatically collect anonymized usage data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) when you visit this site. This includes pages visited, time on site, general geographic region (city/state level), device type, browser, and traffic source. This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

How we use your information

AI Core Audit submissions are used solely to generate and send your report and to follow up with you about it. Information you share with us directly, by phone, text, or email, is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

For Core+ clients, call recordings and transcripts from the answering service are used only to capture and deliver leads to you; they are not used for any other purpose.

Analytics data is used internally to understand site performance, which pages are most useful, where visitors come from, and how people navigate the site. This data is never sold or shared.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data. GA4 places cookies on your device to distinguish returning visits and track session activity. No personally identifiable information is stored in these cookies.

Coop Visuals is a local US-based service business serving clients in Southwest Florida. We do not display a cookie consent banner, which is standard practice for US businesses not subject to GDPR (which applies to EU residents) or CCPA (which applies to large California businesses above revenue thresholds we do not meet).

If you prefer not to be tracked by Google Analytics, you can opt out at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on provided by Google.

Third-party services

Wave Apps, processes billing and invoicing for active clients. Wave Privacy Policy.

UpFirst, powers the AI answering service included on our Core+ plan. If you're a Core+ client, calls to your business number are answered, recorded, and transcribed by UpFirst's platform so leads can be captured and sent to you.

Data retention

AI Core Audit submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per our GA4 configuration, after which it is automatically deleted by Google. Call recordings and transcripts from the Core+ answering service are retained for as long as your service is active, per UpFirst's own retention practices.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at michael@coopvisuals.com. For requests related to Google Analytics data, please use Google's opt-out tools above, as we do not have access to individual-level analytics records.
