Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the website, Google Business Profile management, local SEO, citation management, and AI-powered tools (the free AI Core Audit and the Core+ answering service) provided by Coop Visuals, operated by Michael Cooper, Fort Myers, FL. By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

Plans & Billing

Coop Visuals is offered on two monthly plans: Core and Core+. Core includes a rebuilt website, hosting and management, Google Business Profile management, local SEO, citation building, and your client dashboard. Core+ includes everything in Core plus a 24/7 AI-powered answering service that catches calls you would otherwise miss.

• No setup fee. There is no one-time build charge separate from your monthly plan.
• No long-term contract. Either plan can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
• Every new client can try the Core+ answering service free for 14 days before committing to it.
• Current pricing for each plan is published on our pricing page and is the pricing in effect at the time of your invoice.

Invoicing & Payment

Monthly invoices are issued and charged automatically through Wave Apps on the billing date shown on your invoice. A valid credit or debit card must remain on file at all times for recurring billing. Failure to maintain a card on file may result in suspension of services. Cancellation does not entitle a refund for any portion of the current billing month.

AI-Assisted Services

Coop Visuals uses AI-assisted tools as part of how we deliver these services. Here's how, plainly:

• The free AI Core Audit. When you submit your business name and email, we run an automated, AI-assisted check of your Google Business Profile, your website, and nearby competitors, and send you a report. Results are informational, based on publicly available and submitted data at the time of the scan, and are not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, or leads.
• The Core+ answering service. If you're on Core+, calls to your published business number may be answered by a 24/7 AI-powered assistant, provided through our third-party partner UpFirst. It captures the caller's details, flags likely emergencies, and sends you the lead. Calls handled this way are recorded and transcribed by that system so the information can be passed to you accurately.
• Website and content work. Coop Visuals may use AI tools internally as part of building and maintaining your website, structuring pages, and drafting content. All deliverables are reviewed by Michael Cooper before they go live on your site.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

You own the content and design of your website. Coop Visuals retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. If you cancel, your website and domain remain yours; the ongoing management, dashboard, and any Core+ answering service configuration do not transfer.

Revisions & Scope

Ongoing plan work includes a reasonable number of updates and revisions within the normal scope of your plan. Significant scope changes, a full redesign, a large batch of new pages, or work outside what your plan covers, may be quoted as a separate project and are not included in your monthly plan fee.

Limitation of Liability

Coop Visuals is not liable for losses arising from website downtime, third-party hosting outages, domain registrar issues, or events outside our direct control. We are not responsible for SEO outcomes, search rankings depend on many factors including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and content quality. AI-generated audit results and AI-handled calls are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed to be error-free; you remain responsible for reviewing leads and following up with customers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in Lee County, Florida.
