Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all web design, website management, and real estate media services provided by Coop Visuals, operated by Michael Cooper, Fort Myers, FL. By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

Web Design, Payment & Project Terms

5-Page Websites

No deposit required. We build your site and provide a full preview, free of charge, so you can review it before committing. Full payment of the one-time setup fee is due only when you're ready to publish and connect the site to your domain.

10-Page & 15-Page Websites

A 50% deposit is required after your discovery call to reserve your project slot and begin work. The remaining 50% balance is due before the completed site is connected to your domain and published. No exceptions.

Invoicing, Web Design & Management

All web design setup fees and monthly management invoices are issued through Wave Apps. Invoices are sent to the email address provided at project kickoff. Payment is accepted via the methods available through Wave Apps (credit card, bank transfer).

Monthly Website Management

Monthly management fees are due on the 1st of each month. A valid credit or debit card must remain on file at all times for recurring billing. Failure to maintain a card on file may result in suspension of management services.

• Monthly invoices are generated and charged automatically through Wave Apps on the 1st of each month
• Services include everything outlined in your active plan (Starter, Growth, or Premium)
• No long-term contracts, management services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
• Cancellation does not entitle a refund for any portion of the current billing month

Real Estate Media, Payment Terms

All real estate media services, listing photography, drone video, cinematic video tours, and agent branding, are invoiced and paid through HDPhotoHub, which uses Stripe as its payment processor. Payment is collected at time of booking or upon delivery, per the booking flow on our media ordering platform.

• Media files are delivered only after payment is confirmed
• Rush and same-day surcharges are charged at the rate shown at time of booking
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Refunds for media services are handled on a case-by-case basis, contact michael@coopvisuals.com within 48 hours of delivery

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for a web design project, you own the content and design of your website. Coop Visuals retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Photos, videos, and other media produced by Coop Visuals for real estate listings are licensed to the purchasing agent or brokerage for use in connection with that specific listing. Resale, redistribution, or use in unrelated marketing without written permission is not permitted.

Revisions & Scope

Web design projects include a reasonable number of revisions within the agreed scope. Significant scope changes after a project begins, additional pages, structural redesigns, or new feature requests, may be quoted as a separate line item and are not included in the original setup fee.

Limitation of Liability

Coop Visuals is not liable for losses arising from website downtime, third-party hosting outages, domain registrar issues, or events outside our direct control. We are not responsible for SEO outcomes, search rankings depend on many factors including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and content quality.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in Lee County, Florida.
